Who sells and who licenses

Licences are sold by Polar Software, Inc. (3500 South DuPont Highway, Dover, DE 19901, USA; polar.sh) as authorised reseller: it takes the payment, issues the invoice, applies your country's VAT and handles refunds. The licence to use LGM-OS, its support and its guarantee come from the owner above, under the terms and conditions.

Dispute resolution

We are not bound by any alternative dispute resolution body or code of conduct. If a claim is not settled with us, you can file it with the consumer authority of your region or go to the courts where you live.
